What data we collect

Only what’s needed to run bookings and classes:

Account & contact: name, email, phone.
Booking & attendance: class date/time, venue, check‑in status.
Payments:  transaction identifiers and amounts (processed securely by Eversports and their integrated payment providers; we do not store full card details).
Communications: emails/messages you send us and your support requests.
Marketing preferences: newsletter opt‑in/outs.
Website data: cookie choices; analytics/ads data only if you consent (see Cookie Policy).
Health notes (optional): information you choose to tell the instructor (e.g., injury, pregnancy) to tailor a class. We don’t keep medical files and ask you to share only what is necessary.

Why we use your data & legal bases

Provide services & bookings (create account, reserve classes, manage attendance): Contract.
Payments & invoicing: Legal obligation (tax/accounting).
Customer support & operational messages (confirmations, schedule changes): Legitimate interest to run our studio and keep you informed.
Marketing emails (news, offers): Consent. You can opt out anytime.
Analytics & advertising (GA4, Google/Meta ads): Consent via our cookie banner; disabled by default in the EU.
Health notes to adapt exercises: Explicit consent; you can withdraw at any time.

Where data comes from

Directly from you (website forms, bookings, emails, at the venue).
From our providers that you interact with (e.g., Eversports booking confirmations).

Sharing & processors

We use vetted service providers who process data on our behalf:

Website & hosting: Framer.
Bookings & accounts: Eversports (CRM/booking platform).
Payments: Eversports and the payment processors integrated into their platform (e.g., credit card, iDEAL, PayPal). Payments are handled directly by them; we do not see or store your full card details.
Analytics & advertising (consent‑based): Google (GA4/Ads), Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Email & communications: Mailchimp.
These processors may only act on our instructions and are bound by data‑processing agreements.

International transfers

Some providers may store data outside the EEA. When this happens, we rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism and additional safeguards.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed:

Account & booking history: while your account is active and 2 years after last activity.
Payment records: 7 years (Dutch tax law).
Marketing consent & email data: until you opt out or 24 months of inactivity.
Health notes: kept only as short as necessary to deliver the session; routinely deleted afterward.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time (this doesn’t affect prior lawful processing). To exercise rights, email [privacy email] from the address linked to your account. You also have the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL data protection authority).

Cookies & tracking

We use a cookie banner with Consent Mode. Non‑essential cookies (analytics/marketing) are off by default in the EU and will load only if you opt in. For details, see our Cookie Policy and manage choices via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege accounts, staff training) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure; we monitor and improve our safeguards regularly.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We’ll post the new version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or banner.
