What are mobility classes?
Mobility exercises are controlled movements that improve joint range of motion — helping you move better with less pain and lower injury risk. They reduce stiffness, support better posture, and make movements like squats, overhead reach, and daily bending feel easier and safer.
Unlike yoga or pilates, mobility training focuses directly on joint health — especially hips, shoulders, and spine — with the goal of long-term, pain-free movement.
Our Classes
Posture Mobility
Focused on shoulders, upper back, and spine, this class helps reduce neck and back stiffness from sitting and daily stress. We work on thoracic spine mobility, shoulder blade control, and upper-back strength to support better posture and stable overhead movement.
You’ll also improve core control to prevent lower-back compensation, and in some exercises we use light weights to strengthen the small stabilizing muscles that are crucial for healthy posture.
Hip Mobility
You’ll also improve core control to prevent lower-back compensation, and in some exercises we use light weights to strengthen the small stabilizing muscles that are crucial for healthy posture.

What To Expect During First Visit
Mobility classes are not strength workouts, but they can still be physically challenging - particularly if your hips, shoulders, or spine are stiff. You’ll work actively in positions that may feel unfamiliar at first.
With consistent training, even one class per week, many people see noticeable changes within the first month. Don’t judge the experience by the first session alone - it takes a few classes to get into the rhythm, and early difficulty often shows exactly where your body can improve.
